SOLAR ECLIPSE WITH 1SR

Today, the students of 1SR have watched a video from the BBC about the solar eclipse. We listened and translated how exactly the solar eclipse happens, directed by Kerry Wilkin, the English Assistant.

We also visited these webs:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_201ttTSG30
http://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-31950277

We learned or remembered  these words and structures::

Planet                           to witness
Start                             to wear
Satelite                         pinhole
400 times larger            piece
400 times further           sunlight
to look                          across
size                               rare
beneath                         cast
to view                          warnning
naked

IN THE NEXT CLASS Students of 1EE have watched the same video too. They have been translating the texts. Here they are in class.
