THE MINIMUM WAGE

1. What is it? 
It is the lowest remuneration that employers can pay to their workers when they have a full time job; that is, when the employees work eight hours a day, forty hours a week.

2. Who establishes the minimum wage?
It is established by the Spanish Government. The Government will use a Real Decree for its publication.
